In order to process an application we must have the following information:

  • One (1) Government Issued Photo ID – Preferrably a Driver’s License.
  • Proof of Income: Two (2) pay check stubs or a letter from your employer on company letterhead stating your monthly income and start date.

Fees :

  • Application Fee: $20 per person or $25 for a married couple.
  • Minimum Refundable Security Deposit of $350 or one-time non-refundable fee of $87.50 for Sure Deposit..

  • 1. Maximum number of occupants per apartment will be:
    1. Studio – Two Occupants
    2. One Bedroom – Three Occupants
  • 2. Pets are not allowed.
  • 3. Methods of payment include Credit Card/Debt Card, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Cash is not accepted.
